The museums of Ischia
The archaeological heritage of the island is preserved, in part, the structure of the Archaeological Museum of Pithecusae, partly in the museum of Santa Restituta. Of Teaching inspiration, the exhibition areas of the Sea Museum, dedicated to the sea and navigation, and the Museo del Contadino inspired by the tradition of farming. Finally, the Museo Civico di Casamicciola Geophysical Observatory and collect evidence of eruptions and earthquakes that have devastated the island.
