Ischia, its territory
Ischia is mountainous island whose highest peak is Mount Epomeo maximum elevation of the island with its 788 meters, consisting of green volcanic tuff. The Epomeo is the highest point of contour crater ranging from Serrara to Barano, partially demolished erosion and that the center has approximately Fontana. The contour dall'Epomeo Serrara to take the names of Canterello Stone, Stone dell'Acqua, Frassitelli; profile Barano to take the names of the White Mountain 786 m, Ciglioni, Turretella, Ietto, Tippodi and the spur of Mount Bleach m 721. Circeo, Lepini, Aurunci, the Gulf of Gaeta, Mount Mássico, Mount of Roccamonfina, Matese, Flegrei, Mount Taburno, Vesuvius with the Gulf of Naples, Monti Lattari and Sorrento coast between Punta Campanella and Capri, the mountains of Cilento.
