The island cuisine is based on the land and sea typical Mediterranean citrus fruits, vegetables, wine, olive oil, fish and shellfish, but also beef from herds charged according to natural, as in the case of rabbit of the pit. The Mediterranean cuisine is on full completion: frequent and easy to find all the specialty seafood and pizza. A word apart deserves limoncello, the lemon liqueur produced with local fruits.
